Wefting Machines

Wefting System-EZ1, Wefting System-PRO1(CW433-3H), Wefting System-SM1, SM2, etc
are used in making WEFTS ( Hairpieces in Weft, or Hair Weaves)
in Human Hair or Synthetic fiber.
The wefts are used for;
(1) Weaving or Hair Extension
(2) making Pony tails, Top closures, Extension Hair (Clip-on hairpiece, etc),
(3) Machine Made Wigs, Wiglets using our CW435-HP (Weft-posting machine) to become a Wig.)

1. We do not need to speak or talk for communication BECAUSE WE COMMUNICATE WITH ACTUAL & TANGIBLE MOVEMENTS & ACTIONS AND REAL SAMPLES WHICH SHOWS WHAT YOU WANT SHOW US, YOU WANT TO PRODUCE, YOU WANT TO HAVE QUESTIONS ON, ETC.

WE HAVE ALL KINDS( THOUSANDS) OF MATERIALS ( CHEMICALS, MACHINES, NETTING MATERIALS, PACKING MATERIALS, ETC IN ACTUAL SAMPLE OR SOME IN PHOTOS.)

WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF CATALOGUES OF INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES SHOWING VARIOUS PRODUCTS IN VARIOUS STYLES.

During training, we communicate or train using "OK, Good, No Good; Big, Small; Go, Stop; In, Out - just several words only with gesture using fingers and hands and lots of actual ( real) samples, reference materials showing various quality ( good qualities, bad/wrong qualities), thickness( too thin, or too thick; properly thin, or properly think, etc), width, tension ( by touch), softness( by touch), hardness(by touch), textures, colors, etc.

We do provide Training theoretically & superficially ( by Mouthing) 0.01% of the whole class-time and Hands-On & Tangible practice & excercise & movements for 99.09 % of the whole class time.)

2. We have many techniques and technical things which even biggest companies (wig factories) or people should learn or buy from us NO MATTER HOW big they are, NO MATTER HOW long history of companies they are BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING AND MAKING MACHINES, CHEMICALS, TOOLS, ACCESSORIES, ETC according to OUR VERY STRENUOUS & STRONG DESIRE FOR CREATION & COUNTLESS REQUESTS & INQUIRIES FROM over 5,000 world buyers in 90 countries.

RE: Training-Videotapes (DVDs), Manuals, Catalog do not work for your learning.

( Easy techniques are possible to learn from Videotapes, DVD, or manuals. But, we do not teach or train such easy and simple techniques and courses. )

We do not have (sell, send) such reference materials because they can not help
you to learn (know, set) the proper amount of tension of each sewing thread at many places;
to set (place, locate) several parts in the right height where hair and sewing thread pass by;
to make (produce) thin weft or thick weft, tension of sewing thread, height, angle, etc of several parts should be changed or re-arranged ( re-set).

It is IMPOSSIBLE for you to learn by Manuals or Videotapes, we are sure from our experience of operating such machines and producing wefts and wigs.

RE: Video-Taping

After ( we are sure) you have had full understanding and have passed our Tests, and
we videotape (film) for some hours how to operate a Wefting Machine for your future
reference.

Our wefting-Class have something to do with feeling, or sense for tension, centering,
balance, angle, height, etc of each spring, sewing thread, pressure foot, etc.
Our training is actual different from the learning how to operate a computer, or their
programs ( such as PhotSHop). When you operate computers, you do not need to think
about the pressing power of your fingers, or the position and the angle of your fingers
touching keys !!
But such things have something to do with weftng machines.

So, we would say "any Video tapes, or Manuals can not enable any smart people ( without sewing experience for same kind of machines ) to learn how to operate our wefting machines".

Meanwhile, with us, you can learn it in 3 ~ 6 days with our machine ordered by you, and you (whether or not man, or woman; young or old; experience or no experience; English speaker, or not; etc ) can (1) produce wefts with the machine and (2) repair, fix, assemble, and disassemble the machine when you need to change parts with new parts.

BESIDES, WHEN YOU ATTEND OUR WEFTING-CLASS WITH YOUR HAIR AND OUR HAIR, WE WILL TEACH YOU ABOUT THE TYPES, CHARACTERISTICS, QUALITY, CONDITION, ETC OF THE HAIR, AND AT LAST YOU WILL (CAN) LEARN WEFTING HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH HAIR ITSELF WHICH YOU ARE USING AS MATERIALS, AND THE RESULT, YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO ORDER ( BUY) THE RIGHT CONDITION, TYPE, QUALITY, ETC ) OF HUMAN HAIR. WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT IN YOUR PRODUCTION SAVING WEFTING-TIME AND PURCHASE-MONEY OF HAIR.
